Carol and Dale have been in the music world together over 15 years. With countless anecdotes, meaningful moments, and fun, it’s easy to see why their original compositions seem so personal.

Through their love of music, the blackberry farm, and fellowship sprang a outdoor music adventure like none other. Pulling from all genres, all age groups, they have managed to bring people together in a place suited perfectly for a concert.

After all, “Music makes the berries grow!”

Tin Cup Gypsy is a beautiful conglomerate of talent that hearkens back to a different era in music. Making much more sound than you would think a trio could, these twenty-somethings capture the essence of their Roots-rock genre. It is hard to deny the originality and it is hard not to feel a certain amount of familiarity with this group. Giving this trio an opportunity to showcase their deep-seated talent is a true joy for the organizers of the Jam 2011, and we’re sure you’ll be tapping your toes, fingers, head, knees, whatever you can when you hear them.

Jonell Mosser has made a big name for herself in the Middle Tennessee area and beyond. Jonell is known for her soulful, raw performances, inspired by the not-so-conventional road she took through the music business. She has waited patiently in the background of so many famous artists, and with the release of her latest album, Fortunes Lost, Fortunes Told …, her time in the forefront is upon us. 

The Blackberry Jam 2011 is thrilled to be one of her stops along the way to stardom, and believe us, after seeing her perform, the question will not be, ‘How is she not world famous’, but ‘When will she be world famous’?

The Blackberry Jam crew is hard at work getting things set for this year’s event. We’re really excited about it too. Amazingly, we were able to pull it together for last year’s event as it took place only weeks after the major flooding of 2010. Things were still in disarray but folks came out in droves and along with corporate support, it was one of the best events ever.

This year, we’re able to focus on the fun of the day and have no doubt that you will absolutely LOVE the musical lineup. We’ve added more great activities for the kiddos and promise for this to be a terrific day of music, friends and family. More soon!

The show must go on! Although we were hard hit from the Flood of 2010, much like so many of our Tennessee brethren, the Blackberry Jam Festival will go on! Come on out and move forward with us and enjoy some great music, family fun, and top notch atmosphere!
